Ditched Work and School on a Powder Day

On Wednesday, March 7th, the forecast was calling for 4-6 inches of snow, so we ditched work, pulled the kids out of school and headed to the slopes for a Powder Day! Connor took a ski lesson early in the morning with several other children of ski bums. It snowed heavily all day, then cleared up at about 3:30 in the afternoon. Even the jumps were open in the terrain park.

Aidan shows off his turns.

Connor hits the slopes after his lesson.

Marty dusts off the jumps he learned in Colorado all those years ago.

Aidan looks like an old pro by the afternoon.

Connor tackles a Blue trail toward the end of the day.
